  • At Griptorq, we make ordering simple and convenient. Once you have created an account, you can place your order through one of the following options:

    1. Online: Once you have set up a Griptorq account, you will receive logins to our website, where you can browse and order directly from our product catalogue.

    2. Email: Send your order details to our sales team at sales@griptorq.com.

    3. Phone: Call us on +44 (0) 28 9084 2373, and one of our team will be happy to assist you.

  • Contact one of our sales team or visit the “Become A Stockist” page, and a member of our team will process your request.

  • We offer next-day delivery on orders place before 2pm (subject to stock availability). Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day.

  • Northern Ireland:  Carriage Paid level is £250, if order value is lower, delivery charge is £5.95.

    Republic of Ireland:  Carriage Paid level is €250, if order value is lower, delivery charge is €7.95.

    UK Mainland:  Carriage Paid level is £250, if order value is lower, delivery charge is £15.

  • We expect our products and service to meet your expectations, and we will take necessary steps to ensure this. However, if a product needs to be returned to us, it MUST be in suitable for resale, and a Goods Return Form MUST be completed within 30 days from the date of invoice.  A handling charge of 30% may be applicable.

  • If an item arrives damaged, please inform a member of our customer service team immediately, at the time of delivery. This will allow us to process a return quickly and efficiently, if applicable.
